Denim is built around a mission, not a headquarters. We believe that productivity is not tied to a physical office, and we trust our team members to work from wherever they feel most comfortable. Our main priority is to cultivate a supportive remote-first work culture. However, we value in-person interaction and collaboration, which is why we organize offsites a few times a year to bring our teams together.
